5 Great Neck Exercises If You Sit Long Periods Of Time

Do you sit in front of a computer screen 8 hours a day and feel like you can’t think straight? You may love watching videos on your phone and before you know it 3 hours have gone by.
These prolonged positions are not always the best for your neck and can often lead to headaches or stiffness. Take regular breaks and try these five simple exercises every 30 mins to prevent you from getting stiff or sore (watch my video below to see these exercises in action):
  • Roll your shoulders 5 times
  • Move your neck side to side and up and down 5 times each
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together for 10 seconds
  • Stretch your arms in front of you and behind you for 10 seconds
  • Look towards your armpit and hold for 20 seconds
